FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY on orders over £65

UK Standard delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked® - £4.40 - Aim to deliver in 2-3 working days.

UK delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked® - £6.00 - Aim to deliver in 1-2 working days (orders placed before 3pm Mon - Fri).

Please note: Although 99% of the time RM deliver 1st class items the following working day, this is not guaranteed, they state 1-2 working days for 1st class and 2-3 working days for 2nd class, but this is only a guide, so please allow time for it to be delivered.

Returns at a glance

Just return the item in a unused condition with tags and original packaging.

Mullins Bay Clothing will not cover the cost of returning items to us.

Shipping Method

UK orders of up to 3kg are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked® service.

UK orders of over 3kg are shipped via DHL courier.

International orders are shipped via DHL courier.

Once delivered responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you nominate a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you acknowledge that acceptance by them (whether at or not at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and order fulfilment by Mullins Bay.

The Company disclaims all liability for any consequential loss arising from, or in connection with leaving a parcel in a safe place nominated by the customer.

 

Order Fulfilment

We endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest time possible. There may be occasions when some items are out with our trade stand teams, your item(s) will be shipped as soon as they arrive back at our distribution warehouse. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.

Orders of in stock items placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Deliveries are highly dependent on the efficiency of the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, if however, your order is taking longer than expected please contact us we are always happy to help. We do not class packages as "lost" until 15 days have passed. These are the guidelines set by Royal Mail.

Delays may be incurred during public holidays and factors outside of our control.

Orders outside of UK Mainland (Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc) may incur a shipping surcharge and may take longer to arrive than our usual times specified.

Returns

Returns policy for website, shop or events

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mullins Bay you can always return them to us, please use the return form that came with your order, you have 14 days to return for an exchange or refund.

Please return clothing/in a mailing bag- Do not use tape or write on the items/original packaging.

We advise that you use a traceable & insured postal service to return your purchase as Mullins Bay cannot be held responsible for goods in transit.

Regrettably Mullins Bay Clothing will NOT refund the cost of returning your item(s) to us unless you have received a faulty or a incorrectly dispatched item.

Please note: All sale clothing/ footwear purchased from our show trade stands will NOT be accepted for an exchange or refund.

Refunds:  

A full refund will be given to the value of the clothing purchased if returned within 30 days) provided the items are returned:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • re-saleable condition ( any items returned not re-sellable will only receive a partial refund, the amount of refund to be decided by Mullins Bay Clothing) any items too badly damaged will be returned to the customer and postage costs will be met by the customer.
  • proof of purchase

Once we have received your item(s) back you will be refunded using the method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, funds usually take 3-5 working days to clear to your account and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Exchanges: 

We are always happy to exchange sizes for you (please notify us in and return to us in 30 days) please provide us with details of exchange size/colour preferred with the returned item(s) and any postal address changes the items are to be returned to.

Once we have received your item(s) back we will post out the exchange (Mullins Bay Clothing will cover the postage costs on exchanged item(s) via standard delivery 2-3 working days UK only)

If a first class delivery is required there will be a charge of £6 paid by customer
