Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked® (aims to deliver in 2–3 working days) -
First Class Delivery – £5.50
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked® (aims to deliver in 1–2 working days – order before 3pm Mon–Fri) -
Free Delivery – On all UK orders over £45
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods or public holidays, deliveries may take a little longer.

Once your parcel is delivered (or accepted by a nominated recipient), responsibility for the goods passes to you. Mullins Bay Clothing cannot accept liability for any parcels left in a customer-designated "safe place" or with an alternative recipient.
Order Fulfilment
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, usually within 1 working day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following working day.
In some cases, stock may be with our trade stand team—any affected orders will be shipped as soon as the item(s) return to our main warehouse. You’re welcome to cancel your order at any point for a full refund, as per your consumer rights.
Please allow up to 15 working days before reporting a missing parcel, in line with Royal Mail’s guidance.
Orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and other non-mainland UK addresses may incur surcharges and take longer to arrive.
Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Sale items purchased at trade shows are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method provided the item is returned:

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 working days after we receive your return. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour.

We’ll cover the postage cost for sending out standard delivery exchanges (UK only). If you’d prefer first class, there will be a £5.50 charge.
